Delivery Terms:
 
 
Deliveries start at 10:00 AM, except on Fridays, when they start at 1:00 PM.
 
Orders received after 11:30 PM will be delivered the next day unless the customer specifies a different date.
 
Currently, delivery is available only in Jeddah ، And at a fixed price for all regions, only 25 riyals.
 
Cake Orders: We deliver them with love, but a slight delay may occur as we order them fresh after confirming your request to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and quality.
 
If your cart contains multiple bouquets scheduled for different dates, times, or recipients, an additional shipping fee of 25 SAR will be applied for each extra order.

Delivery charges are calculated based on your city and displayed on the website.
 
On Fridays, deliveries are made between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
 
We strive to deliver your order within the selected time slot unless the recipient requests a different time.
 
Ivana’s team works with care and dedication, using temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition.
 
If the recipient delays in providing their location, the delivery might be postponed beyond the selected timeframe.

Locations with restricted entry for delivery services.
 
Incorrect or incomplete recipient details, or failure to answer calls.
 
Weather conditions or road congestion, especially during peak seasons and holidays.
 
 
 
Please ensure the recipient's address and phone number are correct, as we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
 
During holidays and peak seasons, orders require 24 hours for preparation. We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.
 
If an order is marked "Out for Delivery" and the recipient changes the address or requests a later delivery time, a new shipping fee will be applied.
